BEYOND4 sought to connect with early-stage start-ups across Malaysia, onboard them into its accelerator program and help them grow. Via this, these start-ups can tap into their support ecosystem holistically—covering legal services, human capital, financials, infrastructures, technology, business networks and many more. The goal is simple, to fast-track these start-ups’ growth, become fundable and eventually change the world for the better.
Together with AAR & Company, BEYOND4 uses our insights, data and experience to shape all the start-ups under the accelerator program by strengthening their foundational business and marketing layers. It covers case studies and input from the market research to co-create their marketing strategy making it ROI-driven. Mentoring activities and brainstorming sessions were completed too.
We use tools, dashboards, analytics, available and historic data, and iterative refinement to develop twelve distinct steps tied to potential ways to establish data to back their valuations. It worked.
